What happens during my first appointment?

Your initial 45-minute appointment includes a detailed discussion about your symptoms, medical history, goals and activity levels. We will then carry out a physical assessment, explain our findings and develop a personalised treatment plan with you.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows the affected area to be assessed. For example, shorts are useful for knee, hip or ankle problems, while a vest top may be helpful for shoulder or neck assessments.
